About the Coffee:

Our Coffee Beans come from a single -source family farm in northern Nicaragua. It's a place where the trees hang heavy with giant lemons, papayas, & passion fruit. Roosters crow, hawks ride the breeze over the hills, hummingbirds flit, & the cows are milked by hand every morning. A place where the shade-grown coffee tastes like chocolate! The farm was established in the 1880s by a German immigrant who sailed to Central America looking for a new life in the coffee fields. On any given day, the family-owned farm is home to 200 workers & their families. All the coffee beans are speciality grade and organic, meaning they are the highest quality available. The beans are grown at a high altitude, resulting in a slower maturation process and a richer, more complex flavor. In addition to being the highest quality, our coffee beans are eco-friendly. The family farm uses sustainable farming practices, ensuring that the environment is not harmed in the process. By supporting this family farm, we are able to promote fair and ethical business practices, helping support the community and protect the environment. We believe that by using these exceptional coffee beans, we are able to offer you the very best flavor, quality and sustainability. We are proud to support the family farm and their community, and we are thrilled to share it with you! We feature daily Light Roast, Dark Roast & a Tri Blended Roast!
